1How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Socionn app at any time.

Steps inside the app:

1. 1Open the Socionn App
2. 2Go to Profile
3. 3Tap Settings
4. 4Select Delete Account
5. 5Confirm your decision

Once confirmed, your account deletion process will begin immediately.

2What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible.

Once your account is deleted:

• ✕You will be signed out of Socionn
• ✕You will no longer be able to log in
• ✕Your profile will be permanently removed from the platform

This action cannot be undone.

3Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted

When you delete your Socionn account, the following data will be permanently erased:

• ✕Profile information (name, username, bio, avatar)
• ✕Email address and phone number
• ✕All uploaded content (posts, reels, images, videos)
• ✕Likes, comments, and reactions
• ✕Followers and following connections
• ✕Direct messages and chat history
• ✕Community posts, memberships, and interactions
• ✕Notifications and activity history
• ✕Linked social media accounts
• ✕App preferences and onboarding data

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

4Data That May Be Retained

In some cases, limited data may be retained for legal or security reasons:

• •Transaction records (if applicable), retained as required by law
• •Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
• •Security or legal compliance records, if required

This retained data does not identify you personally and is not used for marketing or profiling.
