1Steps to Delete Your Account

1. aFill out the account deletion request form below with your registered email address.
2. bYou will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours verifying your deletion request.
3. cYour account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
4. dYou can cancel the deletion request during the 30-day period by logging back into your account.

• ✕All uploaded talents & media files
• ✕Comments & likes you've made
• ✕Direct messages & conversations
• ✕Community posts & memberships
• ✕Followers & following relationships
• ✕Notifications & activity history
• ✕Onboarding & social media links
• ✕Bug reports submitted by you

3Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes:

• •Transaction records — Retained for up to 7 years for tax/legal compliance.
• •Anonymized analytics data — Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
• •Legal hold data — If required for ongoing legal proceedings.
• •Backup retention — Encrypted backups may contain your data for up to 90 days after deletion.
