User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines
Socionn allows users to create, upload, and interact with content generated by other users. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. The following policies apply to all user-generated content on the platform.
9.1 Acceptance of Terms & Zero-Tolerance Policy
By creating an account and using Socionn, users agree to comply with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable or abusive content, including but not limited to:
- ✕Hate speech, harassment, or threats
- ✕Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- ✕Violence, self-harm, or graphic content
- ✕Content that promotes illegal activities
- ✕Bullying, intimidation, or abusive behavior
- ✕Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality
⚠️ Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.
9.2 Content Moderation & Filtering
Socionn uses a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect and reduce the visibility of objectionable content. We reserve the right to:
- Review any user-generated content
- Remove content that violates our guidelines
- Limit or disable accounts that repeatedly violate policies
9.3 Reporting Objectionable Content
Users can report content they believe is inappropriate, abusive, or violates our guidelines directly within the app. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken based on our policies.
9.4 Blocking Abusive Users
Users may block other users at any time. When a user is blocked:
- The blocked user's content is immediately removed from the blocker's feed
- The blocked user can no longer interact with or contact the reporting user
- Blocking an account also notifies the developer for moderation review
9.5 Developer Response & Enforcement
All reports of objectionable content are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Depending on severity, actions may include:
- Content removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account removal
- Restriction of platform features
We take all reports seriously and are committed to maintaining a safe platform.
